EFCC reportedly arrests Okorocha and wife
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have reportedly arrested Rochas Okorocha, the immediate past governor of Imo state.
According to Daily Trust, the anti-graft agency stormed Ogboko, where Okorocha, Nkechi Okorocha, his wife; Gerald Okorocha and Okey Okorocha were apprehended.
It is understood that the commission also sealed his Eastern Palm University Ogboko.

Akachi monument demolished
Imo State government on Thursday attempted to demolish the Akachi monument which was built by the immediate past governor, Rochas Okorocha.
While earth-moving equipment sent by the government was demolishing the monument, military operatives numbering over 25 came and chased the operators of the equipment away.
The military men who barricaded the environment as of the time of filing this report, resisted people who had come to catch a glimpse of the demolition from gaining access to the place.
The development caused a rowdy scene in and around the arrow.
The soldiers stooped people from taking photographs of the scene.
