<h4 style="text-align: center;"><span class="td_btn td_btn_lg td_3D_btn" style="color: #800000;">Osun Decide: Returning Officer, Prof. Adeola Fuwape Declares Election Inconclusive.</span></h4>

Prof. Adeola Fuwape has declared Osun Gubernatorial election inconclusive on the groud that the cancelled votes is more than the difference between the candidates with the highest number of votes and the runners up.

Prof. Adeola announced that the election can not be concluded based on the provisions of Nigeria Electoral act, 2010 as amended.

The Final Results after collation are as below:

PDP : 254,698

APC: 254,345

Difference : 353

Cancelled Votes Polling units: 7

Total registered voters in the units where votes were cancelled is 3, 498 voters, which is more than the difference between the highest scoring candidates, and the runners up.

INEC explained that in such a situation and in line with provision of the electoral acts. No contestants can be declared winner or return.
